A split screen is worth more on a long vehicle than an extra inch of monitor is. Reversing a trailer, the useful pair is a lens above the rear window and a lens at the coupler: one shows you the site, the other shows you the ball. On a van used for work the pair is usually the tailgate and the curb side, because the second view is the one that catches a bollard at a junction rather than a wall in a car park.
Ordering a second camera later is normal, and the codes on this page are what make it possible. A monitor pairs with the cameras built for it (Y27 with Y76, Y142 with Y642) and the add-on cameras shelf lists each one by the monitor it fits. Buy the monitor that takes two even if you fit one now, and the second is a fifty-dollar afternoon rather than another whole kit.

Questions people ask
What buyers ask about the Yakry dual camera system
Can a Yakry monitor show you two cameras at once?
The systems on this page split the screen and show both. One of them takes up to four and cycles or splits between them, which is a working-van arrangement rather than a camper one.
Where should you put the second Yakry camera?
On a trailer, at the coupler or on the curb side. On a van, the curb side, because that is where a bollard or a cyclist arrives from. On a camper, above the rear window if the first lens is at bumper height.
Do you have to buy both Yakry cameras together?
No. Fit one now and add the second when you need it: the add-on camera shelf lists every camera by the monitor code it pairs with, and pairing takes a button press.
