Contact the Yakry desk

One address reaches us: reverse-view@yakrystore.com. It is read by a person, and it is the only channel this site has.

What we can settle here

Which monitor a camera pairs with. What comes in the box. Whether a seven-inch screen will clear your mirror. Which kit drops onto a rig that came pre-wired for a bracket above the rear window. Whether a number on a page is wrong: name the page and the figure, and it gets fixed on the next update.

What has to go through the checkout

Orders, delivery dates, returns and warranty claims belong where the order was placed, which is our retail partner rather than this site. We cannot see an order, change an address or start a return, and a letter here only adds a day to it.

How long a reply takes

A working day, two at the outside. One person reads this mailbox. There is no ticket number to quote back. A question that needs a tape run over a piece can take a day longer.
